I was apprehensive initially because you worry about getting the wrong part and having issues with a return. Not in this case, the picture matched what I need, the price was fantastic and it appears to be Original Equipment. I love it.

Perfect replacement for my 2005 Town Car. Had the switch replaced and back together in less than 5 minutes. It really is as easy as they say. Use a flat screwdriver, or a panel removing tool around the outside of the faux wood trim. When free, use a small flat head screwdriver to pop the 4 small clips that hold the switch in. Swap the new unit, and put back together.**Update** After a few months, the window switch has become picky. Sometimes while trying to get my driver window down, the switch will not allow the window to roll down smoothly. I have to continuously press the button to roll the window down. This happens less than 10% of the time.

Ordered this item in April, perfect fit, worked great. A few days later it quit working. Contacted the company, Brian emailed me and I was advised that they would send me a new switch. They were very fast about contacting me, I feel they will take care of any problem I have. This is a revised review.
Easy Install

This product was easy to install and corrected the drivers side window problem I had, however the window lock switch now does not work. With that said, all 4 window switches do work, windows roll up and down freely. Not wasting time returning for the locking switch since I never use that anyway.Did not give 5 stars because of the locking switch being inoperative, if this wouldn't bother you it is a great price and an easy replacement for window issues.

I received this item quicker than expected, and it was easy to install. The only tool you'll really need is a Flathead screwdriver to pry the wood panel loose. My old switch had developed a short which was causing problems with the window on the front driver side window. My mechanic wanted $150 to fix it - I was able to order the part and install it myself in about 10 minutes.

This was the second time my driver side window switch had gone out. First time the switch cost over $70. The repair is a simple process but you have to replace the whole switch module. This one worked just like an OEM part. We'll see how long it works, and if it is over two years then I'm ahead of the curve. Good product, great price, great delivery.

Works great. Swapped this out in my 2003 Town Car as the driver window button quit working. The auto switch works so long as you reset it.With the window up, roll it all the way down and hold for 5 solid seconds. Roll it all the way back up and hold for another full 5 seconds. It took 3 attempts to get it to work but I have had no issues thus far. Good purchase!

Paid $35 dollars for window switch, took me about 20 minutes to install. did not have to remove the whole door panel, just the cover that surrounds the switch. just used a couple of flat-head screwdrivers to pry window switch from wiring harness. My mechanic wanted $150, and another mechanic wanted to charge me $40 labor if I brought the new window switch. Did it myself in 20 minutes, no problem.

No reason to put up with Windows that won't work up and down. These affordable switches are identical to the factory switch and install easily. Wiring plugs go right in, and a test of all functions before putting the door panel back together will catch any connection issues before finalizing the repair.
