My window wasn't closing so I bought the kit. It works fine, easy to install. I am having one problem, I keep snapping it to the console, but when I close the console and push one of the buttons, the master board drops a little so it is hard to reach the buttons. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I re-snapped (attached) it to the console few times but the issue is still there. Otherwise, all the buttons work very well.

This is a part that we have ordered before. It's not the Switch Doctor's fault that this switch keeps failing. It's the maker Mercedes Benz. It's a design fault. That being said, when we have had to order this switch we always get it by the expected delivery date, sometimes before. The packing is always secure and the item that arrives is exactly as it was described. We never had any issues with order this from the switch doctor through Switch Doctor.

Easy to install. Switches feel a little more "plastic" than OEM, but, considering the savings from the dealer, this is a winner. Installed 3 months ago and no issues.

I am not a mechanic or have much knowledge about fixing any thing on a car. After the window stopped working on my Mercedes ML430 I knew taking it to a dealer or a mechanic that it would cost a good penny. I purchase a lot of things on Switch Doctor and knew i could get this from Switch Doctor at good price. I was able to replace the switch myself in about 20 minutes. Very easy to replace. I watched a you tube video just to make sure I could do this myself and glad to say yes a woman with out car knowledge can do this ! Saved a lot of money and it worked right off and still working weeks later. Recommend buying and will buy again if needed.
