I have a 2005 xterra off road. This product is great quality, fits exactly like the factory parts, and takes minutes to install. Longest part of the installation process was figuring out how to get the xterra door apart. All buttons on this assembly light up and auto down works perfectly. My window switch, window motor and regulator all needed to be replaced at the same time. Did it all on my own in less than an hour and I'm definitely not any kind of grease monkey. Very pleased with the ridiculous amount of money I saved compared to what the dealer quoted me. If you're not a gear head, do not feel overwhelmed in the slightest. There are a ton of tutorials on how to take the door apart and replacing the switch assembly only consists of unplugging a wiring harness from the old switch assembly, removing 3 small screws with a phillips head screwdriver, plugging in the new switch, and screwing the 3 screws back in. Easy Peasy and very pleased. Window works better than it ever has.

Replaced the switch on my xterra due to the driver's window switch worn out. This one is better than the factory switch ever was. Unit has the "auto-up" feature that wasn't on the original switch. Parts shipped fast and arrived two days earlier than the estimated delivery date.

The locks on my Xterra kept locking and unlocking while I in the vehicle and outside the vehicle. Two mechanics worked hours on trying to find out the problem. Between Google and Switch Doctor I found the exact problem and part I needed. It fit perfectly and installed in less than 10 minutes. Have had no problems since.

The switch module fit great and helped solve my issue with the driver's window not closing. It was super easy to install and there are tons of videos on youtube if you need help figuring it out. My only complaint is that the lock button doesn't have the lock and unlock indicators on it. This isn't that big of a deal, but it was nice to know which direction does what since I don't use the button often enough to remember.

I didn't realize it, but the switch isn't marked Nissan. I always use Factory parts, and wasn't too excited about dropping a non-factory marked part in the rig. I did though - and now all power windows work.

Fit and finish are great. Easy to install and it works as it should. Shipping was fast as well. Only 4 stars because the front passenger button is a harder to press than the others. It doesn't give a satisfying "click" like the other buttons and you have to actually apply and keep pressure on it to roll the window down.Other than that, it's great!

Thought my window motor had gone out, deciding to go down when pressing up on the switch. Working occasionally, then one trip to the bank and down for good. So new motor, and thought to myself, self, go ahead and get the new switch in case its only the switch. Door disassembled, decided to plug in new switch to raise window to bolt holes to replace motor since old one still a no go. I'll be darned. It raised. It lowered. It went back up again. And down again. And up again. Still have the spare motors and regulators when the motor does give up, but I am extremely pleased this switch, that worked on my 2007 nissan Xterra. This old hunk of metal and I have been through a lot, and trying to keep her running as long as she can.

These switches worked great right out of the box; of course, that's what I expected. The switches I replaced were still working but were about 10 years old, and it's a statistical norm that most of these switches will fail after about 10 years. And, since I had the door panel off for another reason, I decided to replace the switches as well. This switch (the switch for the driver's window) is a two-position switch. When pressed into one position, the window rolls down each time the switch is 'bumped' or engaged, but in the other position, it allows the window to go down all the way with one press.Note: this particular function is a feature of the switch, not the window regulator motor.

Bought this for a 2005 Nissan Xterra from Switch Doctor. Quick service with on-time order processing and delivery. Very easy to install on an second-gen Xterra provided you buy a plastic trim remover and use it. Start at the top of the trim covering the switch and insert plastic trim remover to push in a single hidden metal clasp. The trim will pop off and you can easily lift it out. Unscrew the switch from underside, disconnect the wiring harness with a small flathead screwdriver, connect new switch, connect 3 screws, replace trim cover. It's that simple.

I wanted to replace master switch control on my 2008 Xterra, cuz the driver window button was kinda corrupted, I went o Nissan dealer in Helena and I couldn't find it there, so I suppose to wait for upcoming shipment and the switch will cost around 150-200$, so I tried to get this one from Switch Doctor, and it was really well made and very similar to OEM.It had been a week since installation, so I can't provide any infos as regarding durability.

I had a hard time getting my driver's side window to go up in my 2005 X. Finally a couple of days ago the switch stopped working completely. I ordered this part which was delivered in the promised two day window which was great because my window was part way down with rain in the forecast! It took me about 8 minutes to replace the master power switch using a butter knife and a philips screwdriver. Everything works as expected now and my window is rolled up before it rains tonight!
