Hi Mark, I couldn’t figure out where else to leave a positive comment, but wanted to do so. After riding 1.5 hours home with 32 degree air blowing in my face, I had a very pleasant electric window switch ordering experience via telephone with a lady named Ann at Switch Doctor. Shipment confirmation e-mails arrived from Mark at my computer within 15 minutes of the transaction. The switch arrived at my house within one business day and was performing flawlessly in my vehicle later that evening. I thought the price was reasonable for a 4-window control switch on a 15 year old Lexus vehicle. Thank you all for a pleasant overall experience. Bought a Power Window switch cluster for the driver's side of a 4-door 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix. Purchased online July 7th. It arrived July 9th via First Class Mail. The only recommendation I would have is to add packaging material inside the box around the switch, when I received it the box was smashed ( you know how mail carriers are ) but the switch was ok. I am so happy and had a very great experience with your company. After being told my problem was an attentuator switch, which I replaced for $300, less than 6 months later I went back when my window again wouldn't work, and they told me it was now the master switch and it would be another $300. Mark, I met Spencer and received the switch. Thank you both for being flexible and letting me pick it up. It works great! BTW, I spoke with him about why you guys don't use UPS. He told you me you were the one to talk to about this, and that you guys are happy with the USPS. That's cool. But since you receive a lot of product. I wonder if having an account and having your suppliers ship on your account might save you guys on the "shipping and handling" upcharges that your suppliers pass on to you. Plus, we've got some great visibility tools that could tell you exactly what's coming in, and when. Just wanted to drop you a line with a HUGE thank-you. After my switch for a '97 Buick Lesabre went the way of the dodo, I contacted local auto parts stores and had no luck finding the switch. I called the local Buick dealership, and was told the switch would cost $78, and labor would probably tack on another $100. Then I found you online. I got the switch I needed, and fast.
