Shipping Policies
LIGHTNING SHIP!
* We hand deliver your package directly to open, centrally located carrier or main sort units.
* We ship twice a day, every day, including Sunday! No weekend lag!
* On average, your switch is on its way to you about 6 hours after your payment is received.
* The U.S. Post Office's own stated delivery time service commitments are provided below along with our price. Actual delivery times are faster, on average.
* We package so that your switch arrives quickly and undamaged; newspaper, etc. may be used as padding inside or outside switch packaging.
* We do not charge for "handling".
* U.S. customers may choose between:
* 1st Class - $3, USPS stated delivery range of 2-5 business days, includes delivery confirmation;
* Priority - $5.25 - USPS stated delivery range of 2-3 business days, includes delivery confirmation;
* Express - $17.25 - USPS stated delivery range of 1-2 business days (no Sunday delivery), includes tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note that
Express mail is not guaranteed to be delivered next day. Express mail goes out with all other mail --
no special trip will be made. Switch Doctor will not request postage refunds on behalf of the buyer for
late delivery by usps.
* You will receive an email confirming shipment with the delivery confirmation number provided.

For example, west coast customers choosing Priority shipping, and neighboring states choosing 1st Class shipping, would explain the small difference between the averages for 1st Class and Priority. Priority will still most likely shave a day off of the delivery times of customers located farther away.
* Canadian customers may choose between:
* 1st Class - $4 - no specified delivery time (allow 10-14 days)
* Express International - $24.50 - delivered in 5 business days, insured with tracking and delivery confirmation.
* We proudly ship worldwide:
* 1st Class International - $7 - no specified delivery time (probably about the same as Priority International + 1 day)
* Priority International - $12.25 - delivered in 6-10 business days;
* Express International - $26.50 - delivered in 5 business days, insured with tracking and delivery confirmation.
* All switches are sent from America's shipping hub: Atlanta, Georgia!
* Call to have a shipping option added to your invoice before you order.
* (Google Checkout limitations force us to list only 5 shipping options total, otherwise our Google customers would be unable to complete their orders!).
