* Your aftermarket switch is fully covered while you own
it. It's that simple.
* Your OEM switch is covered for one year starting from the
date of purchase.
* IMPORTANT: This warranty is null and void if the returned
switch has been taken apart or worked on in any way without
the express consent of Switch Doctor. This warranty cannot
be honored without the return of the entire switch. Should
you have our permission to break down a switch, you must
remember
to save the entire switch for return. Please contact us
before you work on a switch yourself!
* Send it back for replacement. You may request that a
prepaid shipping label be emailed to you, or you may just
post the switch yourself. Please note that any return
requiring a signature may result in the package being
returned to you if no one is available to sign for it upon
the first delivery attempt. We do not make special trips
to the post office to sign for packages. Please avoid
requiring a signature!
* Optional ultra-low hassle return offer -- Make deposit by
"buying" a new replacement switch by phone ONLY (orders
placed for this purpose on line will be canceled
and refunded as there are fees involved) -- a prepaid
return envelope will be enclosed. Please let us know that
it is a warranty replacement order and request the prepaid
envelope when you call. Keep your defective switch until
your replacement arrives,
then send the ENTIRE defective switch back for full refund
(deposit is necessary to preclude abuse and keep this
option open to everyone).
* Customers MUST include their name, date of purchase, and
order information (method of purchase [website, paypal,
google, etc.], etc.) with returned switches. Failure to
supply this information will delay processing until it is
supplied
(often customers ignore this requirement -- please
understand that without this information it is not possible
for us to process the return).
* A signed copy of this warranty is available to all buyers
at time of original purchase only, please. (Transactions
are on file so holding a copy of the warranty is
unnecessary!)

Just wanted to touch base and let you know that we did
receive the second shipment on the switch. The switch has
been installed in our beloved 97 Jimmy and she locks &
unlocks like she should know. As agreed, should the first
shipment ever arrive I will notify Switch Doctor and make

Hi Anne,
I haven't forgotten you. We just returned from vacation
middle of this week and have been gone since the day I
received the switch. I had planned on sending it out this
weekend.
I sincerely do appreciate the effort and expense you put
into getting me the correct switch before I left on
vacation. You went above and beyond and it was very much
appreciated. My apologies for not getting it out sooner.
Between returning to work and settling back in, I just
haven't got around to actually doing it. Anyway, I will get

Hi mark,,
I got the replacement switch today and plugged it in.
INSTANTLY the window started going up and down again
perfectly. I dont know why the switch wont stay working,
but i am going to try and baby this switch to make it last
as long as possible.
anyhow - thank you for sending the switch right away. You
guys really do provide good service. I bagged the faulty
switch and put it back into the mail back to you..
I can only hope that we dont have this switch stop working.
It is a royal pain when they stop..

Hi Mark, I called you a few days ago about this master
control switch for the 1996 Camry. You were right , it was
the wiring, so I am returning the switch. Thanks so much
for all your help , I recommend you to everyone.

It is just a matter of disassembling the connector in the
door and re-assembling it. It took about ten minutes once
I figured out how to get the wires out of the connector.
It is made to be re-configurable. I will send a copy of
the sheet tomorrow.
If you have a friend at a GM dealership they may copy it
for you also. It comes with the $150 ACDelco part.

My switch arrived within days and it works fine. The switch
seemed to stick originally when opening or closing the
window. I contacted customer support and they said I could
return and replace no problem. It was not a huge issue so I
held onto it for a week. Sticking went away after a week so
it was just because it was new. No problems with my
experience at all.

"They stand behind their guarantee. I got a bad switch that
broke after two months. They reminded me of the guarantee
when I was ordering a replacement and then refunded the
money for the replacement. You can't beat that. More
businesses should operate like this."
