Once we figured out that it was the master switch on the drivers side that was causing the power window on the passengers side not to function (window stuck in down position), we purchased this part through Switch Doctor and it worked perfect.

This master switch for my 1998 Sienna LE stopped working. Toyota's price for this was about $400. For a car with 150k and lots of years, that seemed ridiculous. This switch works fine with the exception of the auto mode. It's hit and miss as to whether the switch continues to roll the window down without stopping, but with your finger on the switch there are no issues.Great option to replace for a safety inspection (yes, Maryland requires this for safety inspection) on a car that may not be around in a few years.

Price is very good compared to 150 OEM option. Unfortunately, one plastic clip broke so it had to be taped down.

Must admit, I was a bit worried about what the quality of a replacement part would be like. But this came, just as sturdy and reliable and solid as OEM switch. It was easy to install, easy to replace and attach to the old "holder" that slides back into the door of my van. I'd buy from them again, especially any other part that needs replacing.

This was a drop-in replacement for my 1999 Toyota Sienna minivan. It works perfectly and the quality of this replacement is every bit as good as the original Toyota part that it replaced.

It works pretty well when connected. It was at this point in which I found out that the connection to the old switch was loose. After I plugged it in tight, the old switch worked!. I decided to keep the new one rather than return it.Thank you
