worked great believe it was three screws and two plugs and up and running. as I've heard the the plastic clips may break off the cover plate so you might want to buy a replacement or try your luck I broke one but seems the others are enough so not to make it an issue.

The only TINY thing I can comment slightly negatively about, is that on mine, it is almost impossible to NOT get the drivers window to go down on auto. It is very light pressure to push it from normal to auto and I always miss, but most of the time I am going for auto, so it isn't THAT big of a deal to me.

I bought this for my father-in-law's 2002 Dodge Durango. Though it did not come with any instructions, it's fairly intuitive, if you feel comfortable removing parts inside your car. I recommend a spudger or flathead screwdriver (to remove the old unit) and a #2 Phillips to remove the old unit from the faceplate and install the faceplate on the new unit. This unit did the job and the window controls now work normally on each respective door. Installing takes about 10 minutes at most. This product can save you a lot of money over taking it to a repair shop.
No more "can you roll down/up the windows"....

Used it for a few months now. This feels just as "cheap" as the OEM version I pulled from my car. Then again, even if it is "cheap", at this price, I can buy 8 for the price of one OEM version.Simple install. Everything works including the lighted buttons.

Bought it because the window switch in my mom's 2002 Durango wasn't working correctly and it took me all of maybe 3 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. Works perfectly and looks no different than the original.
