I couldn't be happier! This solved all my "window" up and down issues in the rest of the truck. Yes even though my master switch worked to roll the windows up and down in the truck and unlock the doors; my passengers couldn't roll the windows up/down/lock or unlock the doors.Someone said trust me it's the master switch. The clips on my old window switch broke so I decided to get a new one so it’d sit in the slot correctly. This switch is very solid feeling and looks great. It even came with instructions and a pry tool. Great item for a great price. Will definitely be buying from switch doctor again.

Plug & play application. Worked great in my 2007 Dodge Ram. As a side note, I found that if the lights don't show up on the buttons, then the connection is not good on the back (when the key is on). When you plug in the wire termination block, check the windows & locks before installing in the door cover. Otherwise, you'll have to remove the door cover or the switch to get back to the wire terminals. By doing this, you could break the switch cover panel if you're not very careful. I should have purchased this item sooner. Saves the hassle of wondering if your windows are going to roll down; or worse, back up.

This brought all of my other window switches in the truck back to life. My driver's side buttons were working for me, but usually when the other switches fail on other doors it's because of this master set - even if the master set seems to work fine. Now, all of my passengers can put their own windows down again. I couldn't be happier, we'll see how long these white letters hold up.

Part is black, so if you're only doing one side, order your correct color. I did both, and used black. Original was dark grey, but they look great, and you'll hardly notice the difference.

It looks like the original and feels better quality than the original, although unlike others it didn't fix the problems with the other window switches but it makes the door look alot better like its not all wore out. I'm happy with this purchase

Very simple to install however when my old one broke, the screw fell down into the doors interior. Fortunately I was able to retrieve it because the screw head got caught. It would be nice to include two screws with the item if the original screws can’t be recovered.

Pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install in less than 5 minutes. Even more surprised that it fixed all my problems, with the window lock, and the driver side window not working. Looks just like the original factory controls. Hopefully this lasts for many years.
