Glad I decided to purchase this switch. Works like original for a fraction of the OEM cost.

I only just installed it but I tested it and all buttons work exactly as original unit did. They feel exactly right.It comes with no instructions but it is very easy to find videos online that show you exactly how to pop the door panel, pull the plug on the old, unscrew it, screw in the new, test and close the panel.Four screws so you need a standard phillips head screwdriver and nothing else. You may want a flat screwdriver to help pop the panel but thumbs can do it alone.I did it in less than seven minutes without ever having touched a door panel before in my life.

way worth it for 90 bux cheaper than honda original one....works fine..installed fine...just like regular switch except now the pinch feature which will automatically roll window down if a hand etc is in it...window won't stay up...keeps automatic opening when put all the way up....tried to adjust like instructions say. ...nope keeps unrolling..have to inch up to almost shut n leave....been trying all this time(year I guess) n it still wont shut without inching it up...so sorry but i will get a real switch next time..this ones better off without a pinch feature... switch doctor flew it too close to the sun including that feature...

i have to get a new from the dealer to fix my car. After a few months of using the device stop working , we realize small contact pieces from inside are falling when the window moves, you may try to put it back , but keep failing.

It was literally plug n play. Super easy to do!! Everything works like intended n had no problems at all.I've never worked on my own car before but when it was going to cost me 428$ to fix what I think is a simple problem I figured I would try it myself and have zero regrets!!! Only difference between OEM that I noticed was that it feels slightly different.

Worked like a charm. Be sure to follow the included instructions for setting the pinch point for the auto up/down function and you'll be good to go.

Overall easy to install. You can definitely tell that's it's aftermarket, but seems to be quality made. I originally bought this window switch because mine was going out from being rained on. And I'm not sure if it's still my car or this replacement switch, but I can't use my auto up/down, otherwise it will do as such, then go back the other way halfway automatically (I use the auto up, it goes all the way up, then goes halfway back down on it's own.) Thus, my reason for the 4 star. I will update my rating once I find out the reason for this faulty effect.

I noticed some reviews said this switch didn't last long, but I installed it about 2 months ago, and it's still working great. The dealership wanted $300 for this switch. The local parts store wanted $150. This was waaaaay cheaper. I was advised by a friend that since my civic was made in Japan that it may not work properly, but I've had no issues other than the auto up and down doesn't work..... but that's most likely a user error :)

Dealership wanted $170.00 for this part. Purchased this and am so far very happy. Super easy to install. I used this on a 2011 Honda Civic 4dr. Mine is the DX (VP) version. So I only have power windows not locks. The windows are working again!
