I Originally ordered the wrong switch and it did not work when installed. I contacted the seller directly as it said to do in the instructions. The reprentavtive worked with me to find the correct switch for my vehicle and exchanged it for no additional cost. The switch works perfectly. I recommend this seller.

Just what i ordered

So a little anecdote regarding this product.Both of the windows on the left side of my car were having troubles going up. They could go down, but not up. I didn't think it was a motor issue but took it into the mechanics anyway to diagnose it (I'm not car guru and figured it would be way over my head). After a few hours the mechanic calls me up and tells me it an issue with the master switch (i.e. the driver's window switch, this product listing). I was relieved because I figured this would be a quick fix. When I asked him to quote a price, he had me at $750, plus the hours of labor to diagnose the problem! I wasn't expecting this type of investment at all, even a worst-case scenario and wasn't ready to pay that, so I told him to put it back together. He said to give him an hour or so and I could swing by.I get to the mechanic and get my bill, which was $150. Based on their usual rate of $100/hr. I estimated it took them 90 minutes to find the problem and take apart/put together the door(s). I would have been looking at a bill approaching $1000 if I went through with the service, all for a dang switch. I asked the mechanic what drove the price to high and he said cheapest he could get a master switch was $400.So I went home and straight to the internet, found plenty of information on the switch and how to do it yourself, looked pretty straight forward. I went to the Nissan website and indeed found the switches priced from $350-$400 from the dealer. So I came across this product. Look, it's basically like buying a knock-off N64 controller, but for $35 I figured it was worth a try. The alternative was paying the mechanics another $750+ or the dealer $400.When this switch came I went out to my car to install it. I was done within 10 minutes, didn't even need my tools! The mechanics were charging me for hours of labor that wasn't necessary.The product works fine, I guess if you compare them side-by-side you notice the plastic is a bit different, but you'd never know otherwise. From my perspective, I can buy hundreds of these switches before it's not financially feasible, and now that I know how easy it is to do I don't mind if I have to replace it a few more times. So far, one month in, it's worked just fine. Heck right before I sell the car I might buy a new one and replace it, the buyer won't know the difference! Save yourself time and especially money. Buy this and install it yourself. Five stars for the convenience.

Absolutely Perfect! I purchased this to replace the Master Window Switch in my 2008 Altima SE which after years of trusty service decided enough was enough and went to the big car door in the sky. My version has both "auto-down" front windows so make sure you buy the right switch.I watched a quick "YouTube University" video about how to switch it out and I replaced this thing in less than five minutes. Popped the door armrest off (it's just clips), the control panel cover plate pops out with no issue, took off the wiring harness for the window switches and the one for the door locks, unclipped the old switch from the cover plate, popped in the new switch, plugged the wiring harnesses back in, cover plate back, armrest back aaaaaand done-ski!Tested all the switches and door locks... everything works as it should (including both "auto down" front windows) and it's a perfect fit.Make sure as you pop this stuff off you're either using a panel popping tool (I'm sure Switch Doctor has kits on here, they are handy to have around for this kind of stuff, I picked mine up from an auto parts store a long time ago) or cover a flat head screwdriver with tape on the end so you don't mess up your interior.I called a local Nissan dealership and this would have been nearly a $500 day between parts and labor to have them replace it and put a OEM Nissan switch in. It's up to you but on a 10-year-old car I have better things to do with over $450 bucks and the SwitchDoctor switch does the same thing.

I watched a YouTube video on how to get the arm rest off to get the old switch out, that took all of about 10min to perform. Old switch was out before the new switch even got here, it took me seconds to put the new switch in as a result and I rolled my rear window up!Before the replacement, my front windows went up and down just fine. The driver's rear would go down from the front or rear controls, but only up from the rear controls. The passenger's side rear window could only go down from both switches.I guessed the common fault point was the master switch, and I was right! $35 vs over $300 from the local part houses! I couldn't be happier!

This worked in my 2007 Infinity G35x. 4 door sedan model (the x just means all wheel drive). The front passenger window button broke off and the window would not go up. Brought it to Infinity dealer and they said I needed a new master switch. They charged me $150 to tell me this and said the repair would be over $500. I declined, bought this switch and took 10 min to install. It looks identical to the original switch. All windows work like new. I did check online for Infinity OEM parts and this part goes for $450. I could by 10 of these from Switch Doctor and still come out ahead. And I corresponded with Switch Doctor several times and they were very prompt in replying. Thanks.

My youngest daughter, lives on fast food with drive thrus. The old OEM switch might get the window down, but not always back up without a lot of tries. (In her 2009 Altima, you can put the steel key in and turn it to the left 2 times to raise the windows, so I felt it was only the inside door switch that had failed). A replacement OEM switch runs about $200 at RockAuto and I'd be willing to hear he complaining about the window not coming back up for $200.... but for $35, I would try to fix it.... and it did. No issues so far.

I waited to write this review to see if it would last and it's almost been one year and still works great . I looked up a good Youtube video before replacing and it took my about 10 minutes to install. It was very easy. The top two buttons actually have a light on them! I bought my car used and guess the lights had gone out, though the windows rolled up and down at the time, and I didn't even know they had a small orange light until I needed to replace with a new switch.This is WORTH THE MONEY. The dealership quoted me close to $180 to replace......this is definitely a DIY project. It's cheap, easy and seems to last. Highly recommend.

I had needed this switch for some time. This version includes the A or auto feature on both the front windows, the standard having only the auto on the drivers side, and were easy to Locate and purchase very inexpensively. The dual auto however was going to put me back about $300. And some were used! I had attempted to repair this twice the problem being the small bump of plastic that triggered the switch to roll up or down had worn down from use. I found it worked when it was very cold as the plastic was harder, of course when I arrived at my destination it wouldn't roll back up forcing me to use small screwdrivers to get it to roll up. After about a year of messing with it I and even pulling one from the junk yard to see if I could swap parts (no Bueno) I again checked Switch Doctor and found that the switch doctor was making the dual auto and I was able to purchase for under $50!! I installed myself and it remedied the issue as well as my issues I was having with my back passenger window not rolling up by using the drivers switch. It's funny the things we take for granted, I am so glad I can open my window for air, or a drive tru !!

Local Nissan wanted $538.89 for parts and labor to do this 3 minute change out. I done it less than 5 minutes and paid less than $30 bucks. It's no different from OEM. Not counting the $249 to hook up to a diagnostic doo hickey they rely on to tell them what's wrong. I took my Altima to Nissan two days after I done install and they said oh that won't work, it will mess your ecm up. I walked out laughing cause little they know I am a industrial engineer with a huge background of being blessed as a Plant Controller.

I'm a 24 year old female that knows nothing about cars. I looked up how to YouTube videos to install this switch and it works. My driver window wouldn't roll down. Sometimes it would go up and down other times it wouldnt. Everywhere said they would need to take door apart to look at and that it would cost anywhere between $200-300 dollars. Taking the door off was easy. I struggled most with removing the cord sockets, I didn't realize there was a release hinge for those.I'm a smoker so my car was basically a mobile ashtray even though I bought an actual ashtray and would roll down all the windows when smoking. It only took me 45 minutes to switch this out. the old circuit board was dusty and looks like a small part is burnt. Really happy this worked! Goodbye mobile ashtray. Pic is of old switch.

It work for my 2012 nissan altma i only had a issue with the one of the auto switches b4 i installed the new and now is have no issues.

5 minute install, works like a charm. I've had it installed for 2 months now and no issues yet. Install is simple. look it up on youtube. most door panels just pop right off these days with a screwdriver. unplug the old, plug in the new, and pop back on the panels. It really is that simple.

Worked great perfect fit no troubles

The part was a direct fit and everything plugged in and snapped in the same as the original switch. I did have an issue with the lock not functioning once power was off to the car (5 minute delay that runs the lights and radio). The original switch was able to lock and unlock doors at anytime so this seemed strange. I reached out to the seller and they could not offer any troubleshooting beyond asking if the plugs were correct (which was eluded to in my initial email). They did offer to send a new switch but it was easy enough to work around by turning on power to the car or using the lock function before power shuts off.

Took a crap shot and won for once. This fit my 2016 Quest. Was a direct fit. Had to get the OEM number of the old part and this had the same OEM number so chanced it. Works just like the old one did. Now to see how long it will work for. Also came super fast.

Bear do it yourself purchase. I was able to replace the old part in less than 15 mins after reading the video clips located on the website. Wish I would have thought of this 6 months ago!

My remote window down feature doesn't work with the new window switch. I think that feature caused the first switch to go bad by accidentally down my windows while raining one night.Dollar for dollar, It is well worth it.

Fantastic (so far... almost a month in.) We were quoted $550 to fix the windows of our Nissan Altima. That included the switch which they said was about $400 . Found a local dealer who said they would put in this switch instead. The total, with labor, was about $100.Works perfectly so far.HOWEVER, dropped one star because it does NOT work with the keyfob unlock. Our car had the ability to open the front windows from a distance using the key fob. A nice addition on a super hot day. This feature does not work with this switch. A small price to pay for saving $400That is the only problem so far. We figure, if it stops working after a year, we can replace it 5 more times, and still come out even with our original estimated cost to fix our windows!!!

The first one I received was defective, half of the buttons did not work. The seller sent me another one and it works great.

The hardest part of the installation was getting my door armrest off (one plastic clips was being stubborn). Removed the plugs and the switch. Put in the new switch and everything worked perfectly. Got everything put back together in a couple of minutes. The switches do not have quit the same feel as the original factory switch. They are a little stiffer but still work easily. The switches are not flimsy junk. I'm sure they probably will not hold up like a OEM switch, but the OEM switches 10-15 times more expensive. Having just installed this switch and having it work perfectly, I couldn't be happier. I figure even if the lifespan it shorter, I can install a bunch more of these switches and be money ahead!

Got this for my wife's Altima. Some of her features on the panel didn't work, some did. After researching and troubleshooting, it seemed like she needed the switch panel replaced. It could not have been easier. I ordered it yesterday (a Friday) and by today (Saturday), she has all the features working again! Also the respective buttons light up whenever your interior lights are on. Just follow the tips when ordering on what they say as far as the "automatic" button, and as long as the switch is the problem, you can't go wrong with the SwitchDoctor replacement.

Bought this because the driver-side window was a little erratic, especially the automatic function. Anyway, received this when expected. Found a couple videos online. The only reason this took longer than five minutes is that I was doing a demonstration for a couple of interested granddaughters. It's a shame though that the entire module has to be replaced just because one switch wasn't working quite right. Anyway, thank you. Everything's good.

A Stealership originally quoted me $435 for this switch panel but then offered me "Employee Pricing" of $355 when the look on my face told him, "Not a Chance". Needless to say, I bought this unit just hoping I wasn't making a mistake... I didn't! Literally a 5 minute Install using only a $1 Flat Head screwdriver ( thanks to You Tube How To Video ) Switches work GREAT and do everything they are supposed to do. I was skeptical about anything not bought from the dealer (always am). But my master switch window down was unlocking the car and window up on drivers side was bringing down the passenger side window. After installing this(which took 15 minutes) in my 2013 Maxima. My master switch is working like it should. Very cost effective and very easy to install.

This item was great for me. A used replacement installed was going to cost $200 and a new one installed was closer to $600. I purchased this model and my local mechanic installed it for about $30. It works great. What a money saver. A++

Front passenger side power window wasn’t operating. Tested the motor with a 12v battery, and checked out ok. Bought this Front Driver side switch assembly, and resolved the problem with the passenger window. Perfect fit and looks identical to OEM.

Only be in for about 3-4 weeks but working great , for the money and ease of installation bs buying oem if this didn’t last but 6 months or a year it’s still cheaper to replace than oem

It's well made and I had no issues with the installation. The buttons fit correctly into place. Just look for videos online so you can properly disassemble you door area.

Easy install and it worked out great - I had found the very same part available at local parts store they could order for the huge markup of $299.00. This was a fantastic deal and fixed my problem with rear windows not being able to close (go back up) once down. Fast shipping and I was able to find instructional video online to walk me through the install.

2007 G35x sedan here. Fits fine, plugs straight in. No issues with functionality. Switches feel different to the original ones, could be because they're newer or the tactility. Not really an issue at all, auto up and down work.One other issue though, they are red backlit, not white backlit. Not for manufacturer fault at all, this is an Altima switch not a G35 switch. Thought a heads up would be fine for anyone that needs is. Otherwise, absolutely perfect.

Excellent product. Purchased this product as a "hail mary" of sorts, hoping that I could save myself a few hundred dollars. I was honestly skeptical, considering how expensive the part is from Nissan. It works flawlessly and there's virtually no aesthetic difference between the stick part and this one. I'll update if the product ever stops working as intended. I have to say, it's refreshing to not be robbed blind for a replacement part once in awhile.

A guy at the shop was gonna charge my father $250 to fix his windows that wouldn't work. I ordered this part and had it switched in under 5 minutes. All windows and locks work just fine now.

Chain store wanted double the price. Dealer wanted even more than that. Labor for installation was over $100.00. I did it in about five minutes. I'm no mechanic: but this is stupid easy and cost effective.

2007 Altima, everything matched perfectly. Wiring plugs fit snugly, switch fit exactly into the bezel. Buttons and switches even have the same soft feel of the OE switch. Illuminated switches look the same. Very nice product.

switch was identical to oem and worked perfectly.

My factory switch went bad after 8 years and struggled trying to find a replacement that met the specs without paying dealer prices.This switch worked perfectly after installing.NOTE: Nissan (at least models I know and worked with from 2009) require the computer to recognize new equipment. Once I drove the car for a couple miles, all the buttons worked fine, just as if I installed a factory-direct replacement.
