This switch meets the quality and standards of the original factory switch. I am so pleased to have found this switch at such a reasonable price. My local auto parts stores wanted more than 3 times as much for this switch. I couldn't be more pleased to have found it here for less than $100. Super easy to install!!! Works great!!!! Now my windows work again!!!!!!!Fast shipping and a great price!!!Make sure the key is out of the ignition, no power turned on.With a wide flat tool like a skinny putty knife, pry the front edge of the silver plate up.The front of the silver plate is toward the hinge of the door.Once you have the plate free, turn it over and look for the white plug.Carefully pull out the white plug from the receptacle, don't pull on the wires.Remove three screws. The front screw holds the front metal clip in place.When removing the front screw make sure the metal clip is still in place, straight out.Replace the old switch control with your new one. Don't over snug the screws, it's plastic.Plug in the white plug into the new receptacle socket all the way.Slide the silver plate back in from the back edge first angled in to seat the plastic back clip.Once the back is in, press the front down all the way to engage the front metal clip.Put in the key and start the xB. Try the window switches and lock buttons. Congrats!

The auto shop had to order one from the dealer ($400) & install it ($100). This item was a perfect match, just as described & my husband put it in himself in about 30 mins. It is working beautifully. We could not be happier.

I needed a new "Window Master Control Switch" for my 2006 XA Scion, the old switch finally died on me. I purchased the unit from Switch Doctor and installed the unit myself. The switch was top quality and was easy to install.

I originally bought this part solely to replace the driver's side plastic control switch lever. The ones your fingers actually move up and down to control the windows. For the price, it made more sense to buy the whole thing, electronics and all, than just an individual plastic part from Toyota or any after market company that would cost way more after researching replacement sets. It didn't disappoint, and even if the electronics failed, I only needed the little black switch controller/cover. My original electronics are perfect. However, this replacement part was exactly the same as my 2004 Scion XB OEM window control. Perfect fit and functions exactly the same. Easy to install and functions perfectly. I highly recommend it, I kept my original of course, but for now, I'll keep this replacement until it goes out, hopefully not for a long time. I gave it 5 stars.

Restored three of the four windows' operation, as well as the door locks! All for a price lower than the local junkyard was going to charge me for an 18-year old part! Now, if that fourth window motor would get here!

The silk screening is a little off from the original and the illumination is brighter, honestly I like the better illumination. For $18 I can't really complain and honestly probably would have paid more for it considering an OEM is $345 from trdsparks and a non-oem from a parts store is $250+. Well worth it for $18, screwed in exactly the same as factory and I had zero issues installing this

After finding out that this is really what my car window problem was, it was easy to replace the entire master switch and put the door back together. Now all 4 windows work wonderfully from the driver door switch and their own too.

This Works great but it took some finagling to get it to fit because the top plate holes didn't line up quite right. After a busted knuckle and some swearing I got it to work. It was much better than paying the extortionate rate of $300 Toyota wanted for a new one.It was a little annoying to have to play around to get it to fit but all in all a good deal and it works fine.
