Replaced switch on my 2003 nearly 400k TDI Jetta. Install took 3 minutes. I have always had trouble rolling the windows down partially, i.e., they would go full down every time. This switch fixed that. Works way more smoothly.At least as good as a new factory replacement, or better.

It fits almost perfectly! There is a little bit of minor differences which is expected from after market parts. My original switch board wouldn’t let me roll down my rear windows and that’s why I purchased those. It would either not roll them down or roll them down a tiny bit then back up. After installation I’ve been very happy all the switches work the window lock feature works. My rear windows roll down and up and my choice! And my front ones are perfect and still fully automatic. some of the switches don’t light up but if that doesn’t bother you then everything else is great I also very doubt they wouldn’t have changed out my part if I had complained but I haven’t. Even with this light up deal they will get 5 stars because it’s worked great for me. I have one switch that doesn’t light up so now big deal and great parts very fast installation

As described. Saved a bunch of money over an OEM replacement unit. One thing I noticed is the "detent" between up/down and auto up/down is not really there, so if you just want to put the window down a bit, you need to lightly press the button. Not a big deal, and certainly not big enough to warrant spending $70 on the OEM unit.

I bought this to replace a broken jetta switch, it arrived fast and it has been working flawless for more than a year. The quallity is also very good, it doesnt feel at all cheap, in fact once installed I doubt someone could notice that this is not an original part.
