Switch Doctor's Enhanced Warranties!
* Your aftermarket switch is fully covered while you own it. It's that simple.
* Your OEM switch is covered for one year starting from the date of purchase.
* IMPORTANT: This warranty is null and void if the returned switch has been taken apart or worked on in any way without the express consent of Switch Doctor. This warranty cannot be honored without the return of the entire switch. Should you have our permission to break down a switch, you must remember to save the entire switch for return. Please contact us before you work on a switch yourself!
* To begin your warranty replacement, please read the options below. We have two different options for replacing your defective switch. Keep in mind you must fill out one of the below forms to receive a warranty replacement.
Switch Doctor's Enhanced Warranties!
To begin this form of warranty replacement, we will send you a free prepaid return label via email. Once we receive your defective switch back, we will send you out a brand new switch. This process normally takes no longer than 2 weeks once you ship the defective switch back.

* You won't have to include anything with your defective switch, but keep in mind that without your completed form, we cannot process your warranty replacement.
Penny Deposit for Replacement
* Optional ultra-low hassle return offer -- Make deposit by "buying" a new replacement switch by using the below form: a prepaid return envelope will be enclosed wrapped around your new switch. Keep your defective switch until your replacement arrives, then send the ENTIRE defective switch back for full refund (deposit is necessary to preclude abuse and keep this option open to everyone).

* Please feel free to print out a copy of this page. However, transactions are on file so holding a copy of the warranty is unnecessary.
