We Ship to You Twice a Day!

* We ship to you twice a day, every day, including Sunday! No weekend lag! (yes, the USPS moves mail on Sundays)

* On average, your switch is on its way to you about 6 hours after your payment is received.

* We hand deliver your package directly to open, centrally located carrier or main sort units.

* We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders that use Google Checkout's payment option.

* The U.S. Post Office's own stated delivery time service commitments are provided below along with our price. Actual delivery times are faster, on average (Check the chart to right of the page for average times for the last 7 days)

* We package so that your switch arrives quickly and undamaged; newspaper, etc. may be used as padding inside or outside switch packaging.

* We do not charge for "handling".

* U.S. customers may choose between:

* 1st Class - $3 - USPS stated delivery range of 2-5 business days, includes delivery confirmation (Free Shipping With This Option Using Google Checkout);

* Priority - $5.50 - We currently do NOT recommend using Priority as of 12/9/2011 as it appears that service has been cut and 1st Class is actually faster in almost all circumstances. We are watching this issue closely and will update this statement if the situation changes. USPS stated delivery range of 2-3 business days, includes delivery confirmation;

* Express - $18 - USPS stated delivery range of 1-2 business days (no Sunday delivery), includes tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note that Express mail is not guaranteed to be delivered next day. Express mail goes out with all other mail -- no special trip will be made. Switch Doctor will not request postage refunds on behalf of the buyer for late delivery by usps.

* You will receive an email confirming shipment with the delivery confirmation number provided.

* Canadian customers may choose between:

* 1st Class - $4 - no specified delivery time (allow 10-14 days)
* Express International - $24.50 - delivered in 5 business days, insured with tracking and delivery confirmation.

* We proudly ship worldwide:

* 1st Class International - $7 - no specified delivery time (probably about the same as Priority International + 1 day);
* Priority International - $12.25 - delivered in 6-10 business days;
* Express International - $26.50 - delivered in 5 business days, insured with tracking and delivery confirmation.

* Shipments to these countries may be required by us to be done via Express International ONLY due to insurance being unavailable: Afghanistan, Angola, Balkans, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Democratic Republic of the, Congo, Republic of the, Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.
