We bought this to replace a failed factory master switch, and initially, it worked perfectly - the original switch would no longer control the passenger front window. I bought and installed this replacement, and it worked as expected, controlling all four windows.....for a grand total of 29 days. It worked one day, and the next, the only window that functioned via that switch was the driver's front. The remaining 3 switches stopped working.I've received a replacement, but don't have high hopes. If I could give it negative stars, I would.**Update**A replacement master switch arrived, and I swapped it out. So far, it’s continuing to work, which is great. As such, I changed the rating to 4 stars.

The master switch on my 2014 GMC Acadia was going crazy. I could roll the drivers side window up and down, but the passenger side became unresponsive, i could only roll down the rear passenger, but not up, and the drivers rear window would not work. If I tried to roll them down from the other switches, it worked with no problem. I watched a video on how to replace the switch, and had the door trim off and replaced in about 20 minutes. The hardest part was trying to remove the plugs from the old switch. Once I figured it out, I got the door put back together in no time. Great replacement, works like new.

So far it is working well, don’t know about longevity yet. Took a star off as the window lock button is raised as high as the factory one so doesnt sit as high

Just like the other reviews , idk why but installed first one the back passenger window would not go up , contacted Switch Doctor they sent out replacement faster than I got the first and works great ?

Easy to install. It works fine but does have a different feel than the original. But I will get used to it. I do recommend you order the tools to help remove the door panel.

I like everything, the only thing is that when my husband installed it, it does not turn on the light that indicates when the windows are blocked, but from there it does the same functions.

Great replacement product at a great price. Original switch would roll down passenger front window but not up. 10 minutes installing (I've removed the door panels a few times for speaker installation) and problem solved. Only negative is rear window lock doesn't stay engaged after turning car off and on again. No biggie.

Exact fit replacement part for my 2009 gmc Acadia. Switches work as they should and have fixed all my window issues. They sent a tool to remove door clips but was too flimsy to use. Can't complain because that was sent as a courtesy tool.

Arrived very quickly. Product matched Switch Doctor image and was an exact match to the old part. Probably works just fine, but unfortunately the master switch ended up not being the reason why the driver's window will not roll down.
