The cheaper version from Switch Doctor does not work with the Odyssey EX--it says it won't work. This one said it worked with the EX (but there weren't any reviews--this is the first). YES, it does work. Only my drivers window worked--none of the others. When I installed this (took about 10 minutes--only because I read the instructions), I followed the directions and pushed the window down and held for 3 seconds (it actually makes a beep). Then up to the top and held for 3 seconds. The auto up/down worked.Then I had to get my wireless keyfob to work (it wouldn't work by default). Make sure to get BOTH your keys since each has to be set to work with it. The instructions said to turn the key to the car on, press the keyphob lock, turn off then turn on and repeat 5 times. You hear the doors unlock when it is done five times (the computer must put it in "wireless" sync mode). Then try your key lock and it works.However, my second one didn't work. So I did it again and this time rotated between both of my key locks--since it obviously synced both within a specific time. Then they both worked.The main thing--ALL the windows now work AND the keyphob works. So it is 100% compatible.BTW, I did notice that the switches seemed to stick a bit (I clicked up and it stuck up), but they were fine after I wiggled them just a little to loosen them up.$75 was more than the $40 ones--but this one worked 100% with the EX and it beat the cheapest $184 price (normally over $200) for an OEM version. Also, if you go to the Switch Doctor website you can see this $75, but when you click it it redirects to the $40 version (that says it won't work with the EX). So it looks like only the Switch Doctor version is the correct one and YES - it works.

Replaced this master switch with only a screwdriver in a few minutes and it fixed all the windows in our Honda Odyssey. (They just stopped rolling down; none of the switches worked). After installing this master switch, they all now work.

After reading the reviews I decided to purchase the Switch Doctor window switch. Installation was quick and easy. The instructions I received were only a couple of lines though. In addition to those instructions I watched a video on YouTube to obtain full window functionality. Mine also didn’t come with a pry tool like one or more of the previous reviewers stated. However mine did not say it would. I do not suggest trying to remove window switch bezel with a plastic pry tool. My plastic pry tools just broke in pieces. Another note is the switch I removed was from Switch Doctor as well. I don’t know how long it had been in there. Apparently the factory unit had been replaced at some point. The windows are working fine at this point. Overall I’m a happy customer.
Works with Honda Accord EX models

Great product that works with Honda Accord EX models as well as the Odyssey. Easy installation, includes plastic shim to help remove the old switch.One thing to note, when re-synchronizing your existing key fobs, you must insert the key turn the ignition to the accessory (power on) position, then hit the unlock button on the fob, then turn key to off position. Repeat this four times, and on the fourth time, you'll hear all the door locks actuate (but they will not move up or down). Repeat this procedure for as many key fobs as you have. Afterwards, they will be synched to the new power switch.One feature I lost was that with the original Honda part, locking the driver's side door only using the push stick automatically power locked all 4 locks. This no longer works using this aftermarket part. It is a minor inconvenience, since to lock all 4 doors upon exiting the vehicle you can use either the power switch included in this unit or your key fob.

This IS compatible with the EX-L! Harder to find than the base model and a few dollars more, but looks like they delivered. Included a trim removal tool, which was a nice touch. Clear instructions as well.
