Arrived on time, the switch works great at 1/2 the price of my dealership. Couldn't be more pleased. The only recommendation I would have is to add packaging material inside the box around the switch, when I received it the box was smashed ( you know how mail carriers are ) but the switch was ok. This may prevent unnecessary returns. Thank You very much.

I didn't know there was a short in this panel. I always thought it was a bad window motor. I have had installed for more than a week. This fit my Pontiac 2001 GTP perfectly. All windows work with no hesitation or issue. Excellent product.

I bought this item because it seemed like a good alternative to the genuine GM part which was really expensive replacement part for an 11 year old car. I had to find a replacement for my power windows switch when the original broke and I was unable to close my windows properly. It worked exactly as it should and it was a breeze to install. You just have to be careful not to break the panel that is used to connect it to the door. I did notice that the back light wasn't as bright as the other buttons but it's not really noticeable. If this part lasts at least 2+ years, then I would say it is totally worth buying considering it was for an old car. Plus you get what you pay for.
